How does Buy 2 Get 1 Free work on larger orders?
Every third kit is free, so it keeps working however many you add. Buy three and pay for two, buy six and pay for four, buy nine and pay for six. The discount is applied at the basket automatically.

Is delivery free during the sale?
UK delivery is free on all orders over £45. Below that, standard delivery charges apply as usual.
Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
Yes. Orders take 2 to 3 business days to prepare, then 6 to 8 business days for delivery. Ordering during the sale leaves comfortable time before Christmas, including for custom photo kits, which need the same preparation time.
Does the sale include custom paint by numbers kits?
Yes. Custom photo kits are included in both offers. Upload any photo, and we turn it into a personalised numbered canvas, which makes it one of the more thoughtful gifts you can order in a sale.
