This applies to every order, standard kits, custom kits, and accessories alike. Most orders arrive within 8-11 business days of purchase.
Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50. No code needed, the discount applies automatically at checkout.

Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. All orders are tracked and require no signature on delivery.
Important: We currently do not ship to the Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey) or the Isle of Man. Please use a mainland UK delivery address if available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this at any time to check the current status and estimated arrival date of your delivery. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within the processing window stated above, please contact our support team, and we will look into it straight away.
Shipping FAQs
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every order, whether a standard kit, a custom kit, or an accessory, follows the same timeline: 2-3 business days processing followed by 6-8 business days delivery. Most orders arrive within 8-11 business days of ordering.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. All UK orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery automatically at checkout, no code required.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow its progress right up to delivery.
Do custom kits take longer than standard kits?
No. Custom kits follow the exact same 2-3 day processing and 6-8 day delivery timeline as every other order. We do not carry out a separate design confirmation step, so your kit is produced and shipped exactly as submitted.
What happens if my order is delayed?
While the vast majority of orders arrive within the stated timeframes, occasional delays can happen during busy periods or due to courier disruption. If your order is running later than expected, contact our support team with your order number, and we will investigate and update you promptly.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to update your delivery address. Contact us within 12 hours with your order number and the corrected address, and our team will do everything possible to help before dispatch.
