How long does a wholesale order take?
3-4 business days production at our overseas production facility, followed by 8-12 days tracked international shipping. Total lead time: 12-16 days from order confirmation to delivery.
Where are the kits produced?
All kits are produced at our overseas production facility. Every order is quality-checked before dispatch and shipped with full tracking to your delivery address.
Can I order a mix of designs and colour depths?
Yes. You can order across any combination of designs, colour depths (24, 36, or 48 colours), and frame options. We can also help you curate a range suited to your customer profile or event theme.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can arrange 1-3 sample kits at trade pricing before you commit to a larger volume. Just mention samples in your enquiry message above.
Is invoice billing available?
30-day invoice terms are available for approved wholesale accounts - typically registered businesses with an established trading history. New accounts are set up on prepayment. Contact us to discuss terms.
Can you supply custom photo kits in bulk?
Yes. Our custom photo-to-canvas service is available for bulk orders, ideal for corporate gifting with a personalised image. Minimum quantities and additional production lead times apply. Include your brief in the enquiry form above.
Do you have a physical store or showroom?
We do not operate a physical store or trade counter. All wholesale orders are handled online and by email.
